FAQ’S

  1. Will my child cry?

As difficult it is to hear your child cry I cannot promise you there will not be any tears. What I can promise you is that I will help you decide how involved you want to be with your child during this process and support you through whatever method we decide. Children cry when protesting change but it is my job to help minimize the tears to the best of my ability.

  2. What sleep methods do you use?

I use a variety of sleep methods that range from most involved (chair method), moderate involvement (timed-checks), and least involvement (extinction). Most importantly, I choose a method that YOU decide is best for your family. The best method is the method that you as a parent are most comfortable with and you feel you will be able to follow through with consistency.

  3. Can I bed-share?

As the parent of your child, you get the choice of making the decisions for your child’s sleeping space. However, I am only able to work with families who are not currently bed-sharing and/or those that are but are wanting to transition away from bed-sharing.

  4. Can I still breastfeed during sleep training?

YES! I can incorporate any needed feedings with any of the sleep training methods we choose. By working with your pediatrician we can create an appropriate feeding schedule and make sure you have the okay to drop any night feedings if under 12 months of age.

  5. Can we still work together if we don’t live in the same city, state, or country?

FOR SURE! The great thing about technology is there are so many different ways to communicate. Does not matter where you are located, I can still help bring sleep back for you and your family!

  6. I am a parent of multiples. Do I need to purchase a separate package for each child?

NOPE! For multiples, it is just one price for all! However, for families that need help with siblings that are not multiples, I do charge full price for one and will offer a discount for the other child/ren.
